AU-KBC

NRCFOSS activity being carried out at the AU-KBC Research Centre, Anna University Chennai, has its focus on Human Resource Development (HRD) in FOSS at  the  University and College levels, and other FOSS promotion tasks allied to it. The emphasis is on making FOSS a part of the formal curricular work of higher educational institutions, both in terms of teaching FOSS Technologies and Products, as well as attempting to "FOSS-base" the CS/IT Education itself. The Anna University Chennai unit also caters to the educational needs of the non-formal sector through Training and Certification Programs.
